Given the current outbreak of Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19) and the impact the virus is having on our community, employees and families, we wanted to share our commitment to serve.
Despite these uncertain times, we expect to continue to deliver the same level of excellence to families in our community. The health, wellbeing, and safety of our employees and the families we serve are of paramount concern.
Here are the guidelines we have set in place:
- Anyone with a temperature exceeding 100.4° is not permitted in the building.
- Funeral and Memorial Services are limited to 50 attendees with 6’ social distancing in our chapel.
- Funeral Visitations are limited to 10 attendees in our visitation areas. Others in attendance will rotate 10 at a time into the visitation area.
- Desert Hills Memorial Park guidelines are 25 people at a graveside service with 6’ social distancing.
We’ve always taken great pride in our clean, welcoming facilities and especially now know its importance. Like many others, we’re taking guidance from the CDC. We’ve increased our daily cleaning, understanding that regular cleaning is one of the most important preventive measures we can take.
We want to thank you for your time and attention to this delicate matter. If you have an unanswered question, please reach out to us. We are striving to do our best to respond quickly and appropriately, while keeping the safety and security of all top-of-mind.
Please see a member of our staff if you have any further questions.
Thank you for your cooperation!
The Hansen Family
